Bradley Williams is a patient Left-handed Top Order Batsman and Right-arm Medium/Fast seamer, born in Port Elizabeth but raised in Centurion that has now made his way back to the Eastern Cape in pursuit of his cricketing dream. A high quality Left-hander, Bradley has shown glimpses of what he can do in First Class Cricket and One day Cricket but yearns to make those valuable contributions on a much more frequent basis. Sparsely used with the ball in Professional cricket, he is a better than useful seamer.

Having debuted in early 2017, Bradley has appeared on over 40 occasions for Border Province batting anywhere from Opener to Number 5, scoring 2 Hundreds and 5 half-centuries along the way. Brad has also been a standout in club cricket in East London for Selbornian Old Boys CC, piling on the runs and proving to be a genuine all-round contributor at Premier League level, where he bowls regularly and with impressive numbers to support his all-rounder claim.

Bradley has ventured north for the winter on 3 occasions. A 2015 stint with Kelburne CC and most recently a back-to-back stint with Lostock CC in the Bolton League. In summer 2018, Brad scored 847 runs and helped himself to 36 wickets in 27 matches for the club. He back this up with 853 runs in summer 2019 but didn’t bowl as much, picking up 13 wickets in a handful of bowls.

In summer 2021, Brad joined Yorkshire League South Championship club, Wath CC for the summer, albeit a little later than originally planned. He was excellent for the club, striking 3 League hundreds and accruing 776 runs @ 48.50 for the summer. He returned in 2022 and was again a solid contributor with 831 runs and 17 wickets.

Seeking a return to the UK next summer, Bradley will be a good pick up for any club seeking a talented all-rounder that is also a good guy to have around the club.
