Connor Cook

Connor Cook is a talented spin-bowling All-Rounder from Sydney, Australia. A hard-hitting Roght-hander that bats anywhere in the middle to lower order, Connor’s main discipline is his tidy Right-arm Off Spin that comes from both an energetic action and good height. Connor currently represents Gordon DCC in the NSW Premier Cricket Competition.

A junior star, Connor represented Australia at U16 level with a tour to the UAE to play a bilateral series against Pakistan. he went on to represent ACT-NSW Country at the Cricket Australia National Championships at both U17 & U19 level.

Connor has become a regular 1st XI contributor for Gordon DCC, featuring exclusively in the top grade over since summer 2021-22. His performances across T20, One-day & Two-Day cricket have seen him collect almost 200 wickets for Gordon and in summer 2024-25, he was selected for the New South Wales 2nd XI, going on to make 3 appearances to date for the state.

Connor headed to the UK for the first time in 2023, linking with Rowledge CC in the ECB Southern Premier League Division 1. Connor was excellent, with 28 wickets @ 21.50 to go with 395 runs @ 26.33 in a solid first English summer.

Seeking a return to the UK, Connor holds a UK Ancestral Visa and will be a great pick up for a club seeking a highly skilled and talented spin bowling all-rounder for next season.
