Joshua Doyle is an outstanding all-round cricketer based in Adelaide, Australia. A hard-hitting Right-handed top order Batsman, Josh is also a dangerous Right-arm Off-Spinner. Originally from the Central Coast in NSW, Josh has played Premier Cricket in New South Wales, Tasmania & more recently South Australia, where he has found a happy home at Kensington CC in the SACA Premier Cricket Competition and been a regular pick for the South Australian 2nd XI in the Toyota Futures League competition.

A standout junior for Toukley and Northern Power in the Central Coast competition as a youngster, Josh was selected in the NSW Combined Catholic Colleges side as well as the Central Coast Rep side for the NSW Country Championships. Off the back of his stellar youth career, he was brought down to Sydney to link with Mosman DCC for the 2015-16 season after finishing school.

After spending the 2016 winter in Darwin, dominating for Darwin CC, Josh was selected for the Northern Territory side to contest the U19 Australian National Championships. A switch to Gordon DCC in 2016-17 saw Josh make his NSW Premier Cricket First Grade debut before the end of the summer.

A brief stopover in Tasmania with New Town CC for 2017-18 was followed by a very successful move to Adelaide and since arriving in 2018, Josh has gone on to become one of the best performers in the Redbacks system. His 2021-22 season was capped off with a Redbacks 2nd XI debut, scoring hundreds in both innings against Victoria.

Seeking his first season abroad in 2024, Josh is a high-class performer who will be an outstanding all-round contributor with bat and ball next summer, a claim supported by a very impressive Premier Cricket record of over 4000 runs and 150 wickets since arriving in Adelaide.
