Kyle Brazell is one of South Australian Crikcet’s brightest young talents. Adelaide born and bred, Kyle is a gifted Left-handed opening batsman and very capable Slow Left-arm Orthodox Spinner that represents Tea Tree Gully Cricket Club in the SACA Premier Cricket Competition as well as appearing regularly for the South Australia 2nd XI as a rookie contracted player.
A genuine product of the SACA system, Kyle has represented South Australia through each age group from U15 through to U19 and ultimately the Futures League side. His leadership qualities saw him captain SA at various stages of his age group career.
Having been agonisingly close on a number of occasions to making his first-class debut, with summer 2021-22 being a breakout summer for him containing 1169 runs @ 44.96 including a best of 179*, he finally got his shot in February 2024. Kyle played the last 3 games of the Sheffield Shield season and showed enough to remain in the mix.
Seeking his first season abroad, Kyle will be one of the hottest young cricketers available for the summer. Kyle holds a Cricket Australia Level One coaching qualification.
