Ninad is a talented top order batsman originally from Mumbai, India. A classy right-hander, Ninad is also a tidy Right-arm Off Spinner. Having represented Mumbai at U15 level, he progressed through the age groups through to the Mumbai U19 side and represented the Sachin Tendulkar XI in the Madhav Mantri U25 tournament in 2014.

After 4 years plying his trade in club cricket, unable to force his way in to the strong Mumbai squad, Ninad made the move to Tripura, seeking out an opportunity to push into the professional game. In October 2018, some 4 years after his last noticeable appearance in the Indian system, he made his One-day debut for Tripura in the 2018-19 Vijay Hazare Trophy. A Ranji Trophy debut would follow a month later as would his T20 debut in the Syed Mushtaq Ali by the end of the summer.

Limited success saw Ninad drift from contention again but an opportunity to head south to Sri Lanka and link with Ace Capital in the Sri Lankan domestic season saw Ninad re-invigorate his career just shy of his 30th Birthday. An excellent return for Ace Capital of 410 runs @ 51.25 saw Ninad not only make a successful return to Professional Cricket in the sub-continent but open up the long-awaited option to play in the UK.

Seeking his first season in the UK in 2023, Ninad will be an excellent pick up for any UK club seeking a classy top order Batsman that can contribute with better than useful Off-Spin next summer.
